The Great Feast of St. Andrew Eastern Orthodox Church was celebrated today on December 25th, the day of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ's birth. Many pictures were taken with the faithful during worship and prayer during the time of the sacredness of the Nativity Vigil and Nativity Divine Liturgy! Please view them! St. Nicholas Day Celebration - 12/04/11

On Sunday December 4th St. Andrew Parish celebrated St. Nicholas Day. After Liturgy we all shared a wonderful brunch and fellowship. We were treated with a visit from St. Nicholas, who passed out gold coins as we sang "Oh who loves Nicholas the Saintly" Our two catchumens were in attendance with us. The children of the parish received gifts and popcorn balls from St. Nicholas. A great time was had by everyone!

Sunday Divine Liturgy is celebrated at 10:00 am and we would love to have you worship with us, and stay for coffee and fellowship in our hall! Everyone is welcome to attend. We have a large library which has an extensive amount of books on Old and New Testament Commentary, Patristic Resources, Moral and Dogmatic Theology, Russian Literary Works, Orthodox Spirituality, as well as many pamplets and Tikhonaire Anniversary Books, and many more books on miscelaneous subjects. Our wonderful library consists of books and materials from the collection of Very Rev. Fr. Michael Hutnyan, Very Rev. Fr. Stephen Karaffa, and Very Rev. Fr. Emilian Hutnyan. If you are interested in the Orthodox Faith, we welcome you to come and visit with us and pick up many interesting and informative pamplets that are available for you! Feast Day of St. Andrew Patronal Feast of our Parish - 11/29/11

Following a Festal Vesperal Liturgy with concelebrants Archpriest Basil Stoyka, and Archpriest Andrew Nelko, a wine and cheese reception was held for those who attended the liturgy. Approximately 25 faithful enjoyed a very hospitable Advent Reception.
